We are seeking a Social Worker for our Inpatient Med/Surg units.Experience a place where Social Worker are respected. Utilize your inpatient experience to provide a variety of psychosocial services, coordinate dischargeplanningand continuum of care for patients and families from across the world.Assistthem in enhancing their capabilities of coping with illness and daily functioning. Here, you will experience all the reasons why you entered such a rewarding field.

This is aday‑shift, Monday–Friday position, covering8:00 AM–4:00 PMor9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage atNewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester Hospital in Bronxville,locateddirectly across from the Metro‑North station.

​ Preferred Criteria

• At least one year of inpatient Medical/Surgical experience 

• Discharge Planning experience.

Required Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Social Work(MSW)

• New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
