 Social Worker – Days - New Building Opening – White Plains, NY

Opening in September 2025, a new, multi-disciplinary, state-of-the-art ambulatory care facility will offer a wide range of adult and pediatric specialty care services, all under one roof, delivered by exceptional care teams led by trusted Columbia doctors. Located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, the center will set a new standard for superior patient experience, convenience, and quality care. 

Experience a place where your discipline is an important contributor to the patient’s experience. In this role, you will provide social work services to the infusion patient population. You will work with a varied patient population across specialized clinical services, utilizing your strong skills in psychosocial assessment, care coordination, supportive counseling, and community resources.  You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to provide excellent patient service. Here, you'll guide patients through the medical system while providing disease-specific education and enhancing patient outcomes. Here, you will experience all the reasons why you entered such a rewarding field. There is no set caseload for this position.

This is a Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift opportunity at NewYork-Presbyterian The One, located at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains.

Preferred Criteria

• At least one year of oncology experience

• Community Experience

• LCSW

Required Criteria

•  Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

•  New York State License as a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW)
