Program Manager – Central Lab – Full Time - Days

As the Program Manager, provide your expertise to Clinical Laboratory Operations with a focus on Hematology and Coagulation. In this highly visible position, you will provide oversight to all areas of the lab including but not limited to operations, staffing & training, budget, QA, and regulatory compliance. Work to the highest capacity of your laboratory career interacting with physician users and all levels of hospital leadership while supporting the Laboratory Director.

This is a full-time day shift position. Location is our NYP Westchester (formerly Lawrence Hospital) campus in Bronxville, NY.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s Degree
• Meets all requirements of the New York State Department of Health for a Laboratory Supervisor
• New York State Department of Education Clinical Laboratory Technologist license

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years management experience in laboratory medicine
• Experience with regulatory aspects of practice
• American Society for Clinical Pathology Certification (ASCP) or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical laboratory experience or 2 years of clinical laboratory experience with Master’s degree or 1 years of experience with a MD, DO or doctoral degree in a chemical, physical or biological science
