Physical Therapy Supervisor – Home Care

Lawrence Home Care of Westchester (LHCW) is a Certified Home Health Agency providing interdisciplinary care to patients in Westchester County affiliated with NewYork Presbyterian Westchester Hospital. Our Physical Therapists use best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility.  Our hands-on, one-on-one therapy helps patients reach their full potential by providing individualized therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

We are seeking a Physical Therapy leader who is looking to take the next step in their career. This person will lead therapists serving the Westchester community.  Experience working in a homecare setting is a must.  Supervisory experience preferred. 

This is a full-time position, working Monday- Friday from 8:30am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience 
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience providing direct patient care to all age groups with Spine and orthopedic conditions in the Outpatient setting
• Knowledge of the McKenzie approach to spine care  
• Advanced clinical skills working with patients with Spine and orthopedic conditions in the Outpatient setting

Required Criteria

• Licensure required as a Physical Therapist by the State of New York
• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum 3 years work related experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
