Under the direction of the Administrative Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the service line's financial and support services. This exempt management position includes supervisory responsibility and focuses on administrative operations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. This role is primarily day shift and includes rotating weekend coverage. The shift for this role is 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with one-two alternating hybrid weekends requirement.
Key Responsibilities
·Manage administrative and support service operations to meet program goals and performance standards.
·Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting patient flow and operational efficiency.
·Address operational barriers related to IT, registration and billing, medical records, pharmacy, space, and resource utilization.
·Develop and analyze dashboards to support performance monitoring and process improvement initiatives.
·Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff; manage performance and personnel actions.
·Collaborate with program and clinical leadership to support efficient operations and service delivery.
·Assist with operating budget development, monitoring expenses, and analyzing variances.
·Ensure compliance with CMS, DOH, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
Preferred Criteria
·Master’s degree in a related field or five (5) or more years of Home Health management experience in lieu of a Master’s degree.
Required Criteria
·Bachelor’s degree required.
·Minimum of three (3) years of management or administrative experience.
·Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
