Clinical Nurse Manager - RN – Hospice
Location: 1129 Westchester Ave, White Plains, NY 10604
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Additional Responsibilities: Includes participation in on-call rotation and weekend back-up supervisor rotation.
Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care (JHPC) is a Certified Home Hospice Agency providing interdisciplinary care to patients throughout Westchester and Bronx Counties. JHPC is affiliated with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

Seeking someone who has Hospice and Palliative care and is CPHN certified.
This position oversees daily patient care and leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, certified Home Health Aides, and social workers in their effort to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Westchester and Bronx County community.
We are seeking a candidate with strong hospice and palliative care experience, someone who brings vision, initiative, and a passion for elevating care standards. The ideal candidate will inspire their team, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and staff development.
This role also includes onboarding and mentoring new clinical staff, ensuring they are supported and well-prepared to deliver exceptional care. Candidates with experience in nursing education, staff development, and clinical mentorship are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time hybrid position covering the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at Jansen Hospice and Palliative Care located at 1129 Westchester Ave, White Plains NY 10604. In addition to regular hours, this position includes participation in the on-call rotation and weekend back-up supervisor shifts, supporting continuity of care and team coordination outside of standard business hours.
Preferred Criteria
· Master’s Degree in Nursing
· American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification
Required Criteria
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
· Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse
· Clinical expertise within a field or specialty
· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
· Current New York State RN license
· BCLS and ACLS certification

Salary Range:
