Lawrence Home Care of Westchester (LHCW) is a Certified Home Health Agency providing interdisciplinary care to patients throughout Westchester County. This position oversees daily patient care and leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, certified home Health Aides, social workers, rehab occupational, physical therapists, and a speech-language pathologist in their effort to provide quality patient care in the Westchester County Community.

This is a full-time hybrid position covering the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm at Lawrence Homecare of Westchester located at 1129 Westchester Ave, White Plains NY 10604.

Preferred Criteria 

·     Master’s Degree in Nursing

·     American Nurses Credentialing Center approved national board Certification


Required Criteria

·     Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

·     Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse

·     Clinical expertise within a field or specialty

·     Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

·     Current New York State RN license

·     BCLS and ACLS certification

$130,000-$155,000/Annual
