Whether building meaningful relationships with patients and their families, working back of the house to prepare patient meals on the tray line, or working the Food Cart, the Ambassador, cultivates good health, healing and comfort while ensuring a welcoming environment day after day. Serve as a valued member of the team and provide essential support and superior customer service to our patients and their families. Maintain a culture of compassion, caring and safety to help ensure a positive experience for every patient, every time. Gain a rewarding experience in working in various capacities including preparing meals daily and serving meals to patients directly.

This is a part time/varied shift position with flexibility from 4pm – 8:00pm plus every other weekend and holiday required at NYP Westchester located in Bronxville; right across from the Metro North Station.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience with food handling and prior experience in an institutional setting preferred

• Service Safe Certificate

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma

• Excellent Customer Service

• Knowledge of C-Bord computer system and palm pilots
