The Director acts as the organizer of care, with 24-hour administrative and fiscal accountability for all the functions of the Medical Surgical ; Case Management and Emergency Departments which includes oversight for the Patient Care Directors and Case Management Supervisor for planning, organizing and supervising the nursing care administered and patient throughput to meet patient care needs on a 24-hour basis Use your Master's degree and 5 years progressive leadership skills to advocate for and allocate available resources to promote efficient, effective, safe and compassionate nursing care based on current standards of practice.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care setting
New York State Licensure
Nursing Administration Certification
