Program Lead – Environment of Care Compliance & Emergency Management Preparedness
The Program Lead leads initiatives related to environment of care and emergency management preparedness programs at NYP Queens. Oversees strategy and implementation of data collection, analysis, and modeling to provide data-driven insights to management within the Environment of Care and Facilities & Real Estate Division. Coordinates integration of existing datasets as well as the design and development of new databases and data collection tools as necessary. Develops analytical tools to provide actionable dashboards and reports for frontline staff, management, and senior leadership. Develops and implements strategic intra-and-interdepartmental compliance solutions to support the growth of services and mission of the organization. Responsible for planning, training, response, resource coordination, and other emergency management activities, both within the hospital and in coordination with NewYork-Presbyterian Enterprise as well as other local state agencies.
This is a full time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian Queen Hospital.
Required Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with database management systems and spreadsheet development
- Ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders about complex analytical results

Salary Range:
