Project Leader - Full Time - Clinical Laboratory

As a Project Leader within the clinical laboratory operations team, your expertise will drive projects across middleware platforms, new lab systems interfaces, Go-Live designs, and new analyzer roll-outs. Optimize your IT and clinical/operations background running multiple concurrent projects in this highly visible position.  You’ll interact with all levels of hospital leadership including laboratory management plus our academic faculty partners and medical directors across all benches and labs throughout the enterprise. This is a day shift position with as-needed extension to other shifts as inherent in a leadership position. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights.

Preferred Criteria

·PMP

·Master’s degree

  • Advanced computer proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong administration, written and verbal communication skills and thorough knowledge of data information systems.
  • Highly organized and strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Required Criteria

·Bachelor’s degree

·Five to seven years of previous work-related experience

·Strong project management skills
