Clinical responsibilities will include the acute management and resuscitation of a diverse population with the highest degree of medical complexity and severity in the country—a world world-class experience for new graduates looking to bolster their clinical exposure withrigorous training and well-rounded education in various critical care settings, or, alternatively, a valuable opportunity for more seasoned providers who may be considering a transition to this field. Regardless of the motivating factors, PA fellows can expect to complete this program equipped with the skills to manage patients of any acuity. In addition to core rotations, the curriculum will also include rotations dedicated to airway management in the ED and&OR, as well as+ elective rotations in various other subspecialties. PA fellows will advance through the program with guidance and oversight provided by intensivists, physician fellows, resident physicians, and other PAs, with increasing levels of autonomy commensurate with their competence and level of advancement in the fellowship.
