We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Special Procedure Technologist to supervise a team of 14 technologists. In this role, you will operate specialized radiography equipment to assist in the safe and efficient diagnosis and assessment of patient conditions. Assign work to staff, train and schedule staff, and assist during procedures. You will play a critical role in maintaining our premier level of quality, in support of a world-class clinical team. Use your expertise in IR/INR to assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases. Expand your knowledge, alongside the most highly respected professionals in the field.

This position will work Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm plus on-call responsibilities. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights.  

Preferred Criteria

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) 
• Interventional Radiology and/or Interventional Neuro Radiology experience 

Required Criteria

• New York State Licensed X-Ray Technologist by the Department of Health
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Diagnostic Imaging
• High School Diploma or GED
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Radiography and department requested modality. Maintains continuing education credits per American Registry of Radiologic Technologists requirements.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) Certified
