Technical Specialist / DevOps Engineer - IT Transformation

This role will be responsible for development and implementation of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, digital robotic process automation, and process improvement & redesign across range of areas such as Finance & Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Supply Chain and Operations that accelerates our mission.

The IT Transformation Team is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support our Intelligent Automation (IA) platform. The successful candidate will understand all components of the Intelligent Automation (IA) platform (WorkFusion, Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, SQL, Networking, Security, etc.) and has a familiarity with Open Source technologies. The Technical Specialist / DevOps Engineer creates and modifies technical documentation with a relentless focus towards continuous improvement of IA Services. This position Ensures IA services are at current versions and support levels while contributing to 24x7 on-call support.

Preferred Criteria

  • Five or more years of Linux System Administration experience; preferably on CentOS and/or RHEL
  • Five or more years experience writing Bash scripts
  • Two or more years of programming in Python, Java, JavaScript or other structured language
  • Hands-on experience using, monitoring, and administering database servers - PostgreSQL a plus
  • Solid basic knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with WorkFusion
  • Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS
  • PowerShell, Python, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
  • Linux and Windows System Administration

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of previous work-related experience
