Under the guidance of Director, Support Services Quality and Finance, this cross-campus management-level position is responsible for the continuous, measurable improvement of patient experience and compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating structured, strategic efforts and upholding established requirements and standards. This role commits to maximizing the organizational performance of Support Services Division by engaging and guiding leaders in data-driven, factual information for consistent compliance and accountability systems for the objectives of providing the patient and their family with the benchmark-level service excellence expected of NewYork-Presbyterian.

This position is full time, M-F 9a-5p

Preferred

  • Certifications in Hospitality Management, Training, Quality Management, or other related subjects

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in related fields
  • Internationally recognized certifications that specialize in Total Quality Management (TQM) including Six Sigma Greenbelt or higher
  • Five years of relevant experience, with two years in a customer service-related leadership-level capacity within the healthcare or hospitality industry
  • Project management experience along with strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills  
  • Proficiency in developing and sustaining reliability-centric interpersonal relationships 
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment
