Now, you can help Make It Possible.Participate in hospital-wide continuous readiness activities to facilitate ongoing hospital compliance with Joint Commission, CMS and DOH requirements. Support theImplementation of standardized processes for accreditation and regulatory activities at all hospital sites in this corporate role. Inspire excellence on a daily basisby partnering with hospital leadership across departments and campusesto provide high quality patient care while maintaining ongoing accreditation and specialty certification. Use your subject matter expertise to drive deadlines and provide guidance toward compliance. Review and interpret hospital or departmental data and monitoring tools to ensure that standards are measured appropriately,areas if risk are identified and effective mitigation strategies are in place.Preferred Criteria
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Joint Commission or Regulatory Survey Activity
Required Criteria
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with managing and interpreting data
  • Basic knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS and DOH requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and meet timelines and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work with a variety of departments and levels of personnel
