Senior Marketing Manager, Business Analysis & Insights - Corporate Marketing and Communications

In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to build and analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations using visualization tools and presentations. Through collaboration with Marketing, IT, and our media agency partners, you will build and design data systems and tools for MarComm to drive our business forward. You will also have full ownership of creating analytics that will establish best practices that drive the business forward across all aspects of our current strategies, customer journeys, and our operating model. Bring your enthusiasm and self-starter qualities to our MarComm Data & Analytics team at NewYork-Presbyterian!

This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Familiarity with academic medicine setting and NYC healthcare landscape

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Insights in a Marketing or in a customer-centric tech company, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related setting
• Advanced knowledge in the end-to-end data science pipeline from data ingestion and cleaning to experimenting with modeling to investigate anomalies or downtrends, detect patterns, and project future trend
• Experience in establishing the best practices for developing and managing documentation for system use, data ingestion, warehouse management, and providing analytics on a standard cadence
• A proven track record of creating frameworks to show opportunities, risks and other success metrics related to business and developing multi-year roadmaps with key milestones
• Proficiency in writing complex and efficient queries including SQL for data extraction and DAX for data management in Power BI
