Senior Financial Analyst- 340B Program (Midtown and NYP Lawrence)
In this role, you will provide analytical, operational, and strategic support required to maintain NYP's 340B Drug Discount Pricing program. Report to the Director of Finance in the Department of 340B Programs. Ensure program performance at optimal levels at NYP by acting as the day-to-day contact for activities such as analytical and trending data and application of 340b regulations. Be an integral member of the department, forming internal and external collaborative relationships to support the 340B program at NYP and the Regional Hospital Network. Oversee aspects of the program including, but not limited to, program oversight, bill-splitting software management, and contract pharmacy. Provide necessary support as required for 340B audits by analyzing the data and providing an explanation of the data flow through the various systems. Perform audits of hospital-wide 340B claims and pricing as well as contract pharmacies as directed by director of 340 programs.
*This position will sit at our corporate office in Midtown, NY and period time at NYP/Lawrence Hospital.
Preferred Criteria
- Master's Degree
- Previous 340B experience
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, including hospital, clinic, PBM.
- Pharmacy Technician experience

- Minimum of 3 years of work related experience
