Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Key responsibilities include working with team members to complete data related projects such as dashboard development, statistical analyses, and model development. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be analyzing Clinical, Operational, and Financial data. Interacting with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into actionable products. Leveraging data management skills to develop rich, interactive, visually striking data that facilitate discussion with key stakeholders.  Managing project timelines and share concerns about deliverables, timelines and risks.  This position serves on our centralized analytics team to meet the needs of our business partners. 

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience  in Python, Tableau or SQL
  • Project management experience
  • Fluency and understanding of statistical theory
  • Experience in a hospital patient care setting
  • Ability to capture, transform and analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to distill and present analytic results to a non-technical audience through various methods of visualization
  • Ability to work independently to effectively negotiate and manage competing expectations, commitments, and change

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of previous work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
