Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst
The Senior Analyst will play a key role in driving data analytics and data-driven decision-making across revenue cycle operations, utilizing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various hospital systems. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting processes that monitor, evaluate, and improve key revenue cycle functions. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL and data analytics skills to gather actionable insights and
ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis. The Senior Analyst will work closely with department leadership, making recommendations to optimize revenue cycle processes based on complex quantitative analyses.
Preferred Criteria
- Master's degree
- Previous consulting experience helpful
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of applicable experience related to revenue cycle concepts and processes
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
