Project Manager - Spine Center

As Project Manager for the Och Spine service line, you will work with our service line director to support our clinical teams through program growth and care model transformation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact regularly with leadership, administrators and clinicians across the 10-campus enterprise.

Preferred Criteria:

• Master’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field

• Experience in hospital operations, financial management and/or strategic

planning

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Extreme attention to detail

• Proactive, with a keen ability to anticipate needs

• Comfort with managing multiple, contemporaneous projects

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration or related field

• Seven to ten years of project management or related experience
