Project Leader – Financial Operations – Weill Cornell - Support Services

Pursue this pivotalpositionresponsible for managing the definition, design, and implementation of small to medium scale projects to facilitate improvement of key business processes for thedivision of Support Services. Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings, manage milestone timeframes, and ensure timely, accurate completion of project documentation and deliverables while excelling as a leader of a tight-knit, patient-inspired team. In addition, this role is responsible to manage the budget across 6 sites. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and operations and build a strong foundation for continued career growth and advancement throughout our hospital.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Supervisory or management experience

Required Criteria

  • Minimum of five years of applicable experience, including one year of project management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
