Our Blood Marrow Transplant (BMT) service received a $20 million uplift that includes a 9,400-square-foot, fully dedicated, 18-bed BMT unit and provides the cutting edge of care to our patients. Experience this unique opportunity to join and advance the Cellular Therapy/BMT program and contribute as an integral leader of an Ivy League-affiliated oncology team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operations and quality oversight of our Cellular Therapy Program, including the Bone Marrow Transplant program and the Apheresis unit. You will manage the team responsible for the transplant experience for selected candidates, and ensure strict adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements, data collection and reporting. You will serve as an integral member of the FACT accreditation team and ensure we interact with our patients, donors and their families in a caring, compassionate way throughout their transplant journey.
While managing outpatient BMT care, you'll collaborate with inpatient staff under the direction of the renowned Dr. Markus Mapara, Director of the Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) Program and serve as a liaison for all departments involved in transplant to provide cohesive patient care.

- Previous experience in Bone Marrow Transplant Care or Hematologic Malignancy Treatment
- Previous coordinator experience
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- At least 5 years of experience in hospital operations, project management and strategic planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
