Outreach and Business Development Coordinator - Neuroscience Services

Support the growth of our neuroscience services at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in coordination with Columbia University and Weill Cornell physicians.  Help patients access cutting-edge care from industry leading providers.  Partner with physician and service line leaders to develop clinical programs in neurosciences and neuro surgery.  Advance your career and explore this opportunity as an Outreach and Business Development Coordinator. 

In this role you will direct the implementation of physician and patient outreach activities that increase referrals to our innovative clinical programs. You will be responsible for coordinating an outreach strategy to strengthen relationships with the community, physicians and reinforce brand recognition of NYPH in Manhattan, it’s Burroughs and counties immediately surrounding the city.  Annual conference and special event coordination will require attention to detail.  This role will manage the development of outreach, advertising, web and marketing publications and other tools to promote the service line. Lastly, you will regularly monitor patient flow to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts, and recommend ways to improve performance. You will work closely with high profile physicians, hospital leaders, public relations and marketing professionals, all within a highly collaborative environment!

Preferred Criteria

  • Degree or major in Healthcare Management or Marketing or Communication
  • Demonstrated ability to build physician relations
  • Knowledge of eVariant and other analytical software programs

Required Criteria·         

  • Bachelor’s degree·        
  • A minimum three years’ healthcare experience in program development, marketing or community outreach        
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
