The Nurse Practitioner assumes responsibility managing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care as part of the Interdisciplinary Valve Center / Structural Heart Team. The Nurse Practitioner has the opportunity to collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team in the comprehensive care of complex patients. - Master’s Degree in Nursing is required
- Nurse Practitioner Specialty Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center
- New York State Licensure as a Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
