Marketing Manager, Customer Centric Video Content Marketing

The Customer Centricity Manager excels in project management and possesses a creative flair. This role is essential in shaping the experiences of our patients throughout their journey with NewYork-Presbyterian, from first contact to post-visit follow-ups with the use of patient education and developing strategic communications at the right moments within their customer journey. You will use your experience and knowledge with video content to create engaging and intuitive patient education videos for customer journey, 101 tutorials to managing and understanding clinical procedures. In addition, you will develop and execute strategies for expanding video assets into other public channels including our webpage and YouTube platform.

This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, and the ability for 1 day remote.

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university
  • 5 years of marketing experience with a corporation or advertising agency
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
  • Working knowledge in CRM, Marketing Automation and Analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
  • Ability for flexibility in scheduling, as some evenings and weekends may be required

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary Range:

$122,500-$157,000/Annual
