Manager – Revenue Cycle Support

Take ownership of driving improvement across all areas of Revenue Cycle.  Lead teams of analysts in identifying opportunities to optimize Patient Access, Service Documentation, and Patient Financial Services processes that drive accurate and timely payment and reduce denials and write-offs.  Perform diagnostic reviews of revenue cycle operations and facilitate the implementation of signature practice recommendations and solutions. Promote effective and efficient operations through the use of the defined measures for all components of revenue cycle. Establish policies and procedures and ensure standards of practice are consistent with regulatory agencies. Define and develop enterprise-wide revenue cycle learning & education. Gain valuable exposure to all areas of finance and hospital operations and build a strong foundation for continued career growth and advancement throughout our hospital.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master's degree

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience related to revenue cycle concepts and processes
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability in producing strong multivariate analyses and associated high quality presentation deliverables
