Manager of Budget and Clinical Operations

As the Manager of Budget and Clinical Operations, you will have the opportunity to work with the brightest minds in healthcare, in providing world-class care to our patients. Utilize your analytical skills and experience in finance to support budget prep, cost-saving initiatives, and project oversight. You will collaborate with leadership from multiple departments to keep our hospital running seamlessly. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to use data to drive change will be vital to this role. You will also be managing a team, looking to you for guidance. While you will manage the clinical operations of the Emergency Department, this role will primarily focus on finance.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Master’s degree
  • Strong budget/financial experience

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of related experience
