Junior Regulatory Planning Associate

The Junior Regulatory Planning Associate position provides support to the Senior Planning Associates and the Director of the Office of Regulatory Planning (ORP) for regulatory planning initiatives related to the development and implementation of clinical and administrative programs within the NewYork-Presbyterian enterprise. Maintain and coordinate the various operating certificates for the NYP Enterprise, made up of the 10 campuses, as well as their off-site Article 28/Article 31 programs.  Responsible for generating regular reports to include anticipated filings, active projects, behavioral health projects, annual activity grid, pre-occupancy grid, CON report for the Finance Department and others. Provide market analyses and other support to regulatory planning staff for program-related Certificate of Need or similar projects.  Prepare, submit and monitor progress on Construction Notifications to the New York State Department of Health, to include the close-out of projects. Observe webcast regulatory agency council meetings and other forums, to provide an overview to senior leadership. Perform other professional level responsibilities. Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • A minimum of one year professional experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
