Don't Just Be an Advocate - Be an Ally for Patients

At NYP, Health Priorities Specialists spend their days navigating a multitude of adventures: on the phone, on the floor, dashing across the Emergency Department (ED) and diving into the paperwork. They might be one of the first few people a patient sees and possibly the last person to smile and wave. But every minute, they're always Putting Patients First.
