The Director for Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance plans, organizes and directs the strategic plan and implementation of Hospital initiatives for regulatory and accreditation compliance across all campuses, in collaboration with senior management. The director collaborates with Hospital leaders to ensure the continuous improvement of process design, measurement, assessment and improvement of organizational performance, as well as ongoing compliance with external accreditation and regulatory standards and requirements.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Current NYS Registered Nurse

Required Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years related work experience
  • Ability to present to large groups, work one-on-one with senior management and interact with Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies on a consistent basis
  • Ability to coordinate and prepare the entire Hospital for Joint Commission/CMS/DOH surveys
