Data Coordinator - NYP Ambulatory Care Network - Family PEACE Trauma Treatment Center (FPTTC) – Grant Funded

As a Data Coordinator within Division of Community and Population Health’s Ambulatory Care Network, you’ll be responsible for the coordination, analysis, and collection of all required data and referrals for grant-funded programs including the Family PEACE (Preventing Early Adverse Childhood Experiences) Trauma Treatment Center (FPTTC). The Family PEACE Trauma Treatment Center (FPTTC) provides mental health services to children ages birth to five years (0-5), and their primary caregivers, who have been exposed to trauma including violence and abuse. 

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience working with EMR systems
  • Desire to exceed expectations in providing excellence customer service and patient care

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Formal educational training in computer science or related field
  • Proficiency in documentation within electronic information systems
  • Working knowledge of various office and database applications
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team
