The OD Consultant provides OD expertise to help the Business leaders primarily in the Regional Hospital Network to meet the strategic priorities of their organizations from a talent management perspective. The Consultant fills a vital position as coach, mentor and strategic business partner and works closely with the SeniorLeadership of the Hospital. Servesas an internal consultant whounderstands and analyzes the needsof the business to design and deliver practical value-added business solutions. Effectively partner to lead and facilitate enterprise and organizational initiatives for the Healthcare System.

- 5+ years of related experience
