In this role you will assume responsibility for quality across all aspects of patient care. Consult on complex cases, assist with unit administration and initiatives. Counsel staff RN's on a regular basis, conduct clinical education and follow up as necessary. Be the front line of evidence based research. We're seeking a change agent - someone with the drive, tenacity and the leadership necessary to advance our nursing practice. You will work along nursing leaders and oversee all perioperative services for this hospital.

This is a full time, position working 4 days a week, 1:00pm - 11:00pm.

Required Criteria

  • At least two years of acute care RN experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification
