Family Medicine at The Herman "Denny" Farrell, Jr. Community Health Center was established as part of the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University Medical Center's Ambulatory Care Network (ACN), to meet the underserved health needs of families in Washington Heights, Inwood, Harlem and Bronx communities. Providing timely, compassionate care for more than 21,000 patient visits each year, our medical team emphasizes health promotion and prevention of disease and chronic illness, while developing responsive, long-term relationships with patients at every stage of life. Our resident physicians join with faculty doctors and nurses in a team approach to providing continuous quality health care.
Our clinic provides comprehensive care for the entire family, including routine well-baby and well-child care, gynecology and obstetrics, musculoskeletal, podiatry and critical skin procedures to social work, special counseling and nutrition.

Take on this exciting and interesting position, responsible for providing provider coverage for a diverse patient population at our Farrell Family Health Center 610 West 158th street NYC.
This is a 5 day/week full time day shift position with a varied shift . Monday, Thursday and Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday 12 pm -8:30pm
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- 3 yrs Pediatric RN experience
- 2 yrs OB/GYN experience
- Board certification in Ambulatory Care
- Minimum 2 year in acute care nursing experience Pediatric and OB/GYN nursing experience preferred
- NYS licensure as an RN
