Clinical Manager/Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) – Emergency Department - Evening/Nights

Step into this Clinical Nurse Manager role, and advance your nursing leadership career at New York's #1 hospital. Collaborate with 2 transformational Patient Care Directors to establish short- and long-term goals for the unit, facilitate cost-effective operations, and coordinate patient throughput. Take this opportunity to participate in pivotal leadership meetings and review Unit competencies. Utilize your strong understanding of a emergency nursing to provide training and guidance to a team of nurses and medical staff.

This is full time position working an evening/night flex shift.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing
  • ​Previous leadership experience
  • Strong Emergency Department nursing experience

Required Criteria

  • At least 2 years of acute care RN experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification
