Clinical Coordinator - Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)
Join a leading oncology program as the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Clinical Program Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of outpatient BMT care. In this highly collaborative and hands-on position, you will help design and launch a new BMT Day Hospital, focused on delivering advanced therapies including CAR T-cell and bispecific antibody treatments. Reporting to the Administrative Director, you’ll partner with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings to develop workflows, optimize care transitions, and ensure operational excellence. As a clinical expert, you’ll mentor and coach nursing staff, build BMT-specific competencies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. This is a unique opportunity to lead with both clinical insight and strategic vision in a rapidly evolving field.
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday.
Preferred Criteria
- CNS (clinical nurse specialist) degree
Required Criteria
- BSN
- Current NYS RN Licensure
- At least 5 years of experience
- Prior BMT experience
- Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

Salary Range:
