Administrative Assistant - Strategic Alliances and Global Services

In this world-class setting, you will provide confidential administrative and secretarial duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes supporting the Director of Strategic Alliances and Global Services as well as Executive Leadership in various capacities including meeting coordination, scheduling, preparation and correspondence. You'll prioritize, screen and direct inquiries, telephone calls and visitors, and help keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. Additional responsibilities include stakeholder management, handling complex and/or confidential material, maintaining departmental files, composing correspondences and other job related duties as required.

This is a full time 8:00AM - 4:00PM day shift position located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Preferred Criteria

  • Associates degree from a recognized college or secretarial school
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience working with Executive Leadership teams

Required Criteria

  • At least three years of secretarial experience
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • High school diploma or GED
