This 400,000 –square foot, multi-specialty ambulatory center encompasses a Comprehensive Cancer and Women’s Health Center, 12 ambulatory surgery operating rooms and Multispecialty physician practices. Our new state-of-the-art building encompasses three 600 ton chillers, five individual air handling units and Schneider control systems.

Clinical Coordinator Pharmacy - Center For Community Health Pharmacy (Oncology) - Day Shift With Clinical On-Call Responsibilities

In this role, as Clinical Coordinator Pharmacy, you'll work closely with the Chief of Pharmacy to continue quality patient care services. You'll provide collaborative pharmaceutical care to patients while working in conjunction with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Postgraduate year 2 ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency (Oncology).
  • Specialty Board Certification.

Required Criteria:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.
  • Current Licensed and Registered in New York State.
  • Postgraduate year 1 ASHP-accredited residency.
  • In compliance with CE Credit requirements.
  • Decision Making and Judgment -Professional competence and common sense.
  • Equipment -Basic knowledge of computer applications (i.e. MS Word, E-mail, etc.).
