This includes staff scheduling in Kronos, coordinate daily patient schedule with HD charge nurse to facilitate timely treatments, communicate with multiple departments throughout the facility regarding treatments and gather data and review billing charges for accuracy before submission to hospital A/P. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM day shift position located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. 

Preferred Criteria 

  • Associate's degree from a recognized college or secretarial school
  • Previous clerical experience working in an acute care setting

Required Criteria

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Familiarity with medical terminology business office experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
