This includes an annual award ceremony to honor clinical excellence in nursing, precepting, leadership and education, along with other ceremonies that focus on Patient Centered Care awards and grants. In turn, our nurses recognize colleagues with awards like Physician of the Year and The Friend of Nursing Award. On a monthly basis at Key Personnel meetings, leadership honors Employee of the Month recipients.
