Transplant Coordinator - RN / NP - Kidney and Pancreatic Program

In this role, you’ll assume front line responsibility for quality and continuity of care. And you’leducate patients, families and other health care providers, while ensuring a seamless experience for patients.


Utilize exciting new modalities to help match donors and recipients. Our Extended Criteria Donor program uses advanced selection and preservation methods to make use of previously unusable organs, including those from older donors. In this inspiring setting, you will be the face of a personalized, patient-focused approach. You’ll support patients’ pre-transplant needs. And you’ll make good on the promise of our hospital-wide mission Putting Patients First.


Preferred Criteria

  • Previous Transplant Coordinator experience


Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Nursing
  • Must be an Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant
  • At least two years experience with Renal procedures or surgical/peri-op experience an acute care setting
