This vital program involves telephonic crisis intervention with a high-risk psych population. Patients are identified in our Psych ED and followed in an evidence-based treatment model (Critical Time Intervention) in order to stabilize them. In this role, you will prevent unnecessary ED visits by connecting patients with appropriate psych, medical, and other community resources. Utilize your experience in behavioral health crisis intervention to provide compassionate care for our community.
