In this multifaceted role, you'll implement and coordinate social media activities by working with key hospital departments. Provide web editing back up support , collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate social media into key organizational initiatives and maintain social media monitoring to ensure that posts on the hospital’s social media sites or other social media sites are appropriately managed. Draft and manage the editorial calendar for each social media channel ( Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Prepare regular reports on social media utilization. Monitor and evaluate trends in social media for best practices.


The selected candidate will primarily work Monday-Friday , however weekend on-call rotation is also required .

Preferred Criteria


  • A health/medical/hospital or hospitality background
  • Knowledge of Sprinkler ( publishing platform)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in adobe programs ( specifically Photoshop & Premiere)
  • Has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
