Bring your transformational leadership and drive the success of our  Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Lead the daily operations of our cutting-edge department and lead a team of highly trained clinical experts in pediatric nursing care. Mentor and evaluate staff to reach their full potential and inspire their continued professional growth. Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on improving quality and performance throughout the unit and enhancing the patient experience. Develop and manage budgets, manage resource allocation and scheduling. 


Preferred Criteria


  • At least three years of management experience within a large academic medical center
  • Experience in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU)


Required Criteria


  • Master's degree in a health related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
  • Three years of clinical experience in a pediatric unit
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
