Patient Care Director – Labor & Delivery

Manage all aspects of care delivery as Patient Care Director (PCD) within Labor & Delivery, and supervise a team of over 100 full-time employees.

Step into an inspiring culture of achievement, where electronic Fetal Monitoring certification is required for all RNs. Several of our nurses have recently received regional and national excellence awards. As PCD, you will shape strategic initiatives for even higher standards in the future.

Key Criteria

Qualified candidates will have a master's degree along with current NYS licensure. Academic medical center experience is required, along with five or more years in a leadership role.

Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong commitment to professional development and clinical excellence. Demonstrated success in teambuilding and improvement of the patient/family experience will be key.
