Support time sensitive projects and work in multiple systems for problem resolution and research. Review medical records to ensure accurate completion of all documentation and authentication. Confirm compliance with standards established by hospital administration, medical staff bylaws, and accrediting regulatory agencies including SPARCS. Participate in quality improvement initiatives that help us build on our success in HIM.
