Step into this crucial role as a Manager of Real Estate Operations, and be responsible for managing capital projects and overseeing real estate properties for NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Direct projects, negotiate contracts with vendors and schedule and monitor the maintenance and repairs of major building systems. Regularly inspect properties, and ensure that third-party managing agents properly handle all housing operations. Analyze all property expenses and assist with the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
