Clinical Nurse Manager - RN - Pediatric Recovery Room - Evenings

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will help drive the delivery of our patient-focused nursing and maintain an environment that fosters shared governance and performance at the highest level. You will collaborate with the Patient Care Director and physician leadership and oversee a full spectrum of pediatric specialty surgery recovery. Help to design, implement, and insure compliance with evidence-based policies, practices and quality initiatives.

This is a full time evening shift from 12:00pm - 10:00pm. 

Preferred Criteria 

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience working in an OR, PACU or ICU
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous clinical experience with pediatric surgery recovery

Required Criteria 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 
  • At least 3 years' of acute clinical experience in an OR, PACU or ICU 
  • Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain within 3 months
