Your leadership will ensure that employee satisfaction and performance reach the highest levels to drive top-notch care. In turn, you’ll play a pivotal role in the continuous enhancement of treatment and service delivery for our patients. 


The CHRO plans, directs and has fiduciary responsibility for operations, programs, and policies for all human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, learning  and development, benefits, labor relations, worker’s compensation, unemployment, joint commission and oversees the outsourced Workforce Health & Safety operations. Responsible for recruitment of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and collaboration with Medical Director to ensure timely credentialing of medical staff. Research and benchmark recommendations for changes in policies and procedures to carry out objectives of the hospital more effectively, including financial and programmatic objectives. 

The CHRO is a member of the Hospital Senior Management team.


Required Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business or related discipline

Ten plus years of human resources experience in a health care setting with a demonstrated record of inclusion.

Knowledge of healthcare issues and hospital organizations, and human resources practices in addition to experience administering and/or managing compensation and benefits.

Proficiency in word, outlook excel and power point.

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of hospital staff, Board Members, medical staff, outside clients, agencies, visitors and the public  both individually and in large group settings.
